Should you not be totally satisfied with your items we offer a refund and exchange service to ensure you are left as happy as possible.

You can return new, unopened jewelry sold by within 60 days of delivery. Please note that there will be a 30% restocking fee on all items.

We ship out as soon as possible to ensure your personalized goods reach you in the quickest possible time.
However, we do still offer a 3 hour cooling off period for you to cancel your order and receive a full refund should you change your mind

When canceling an order, a cancellation request should be sent within 3 hours of ordering, since our jewelry is custom-made. Cancellation requests sent more than 3 hours after ordering will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. If you wish to cancel an order, please email us immediately. (

If you have received a damaged piece, please notify us immediately by email (, attaching a clear picture, so that we may assess if it is a manufacturing failure and if so, either reimburse you or supply you with a replacement item, according to our assessment.
Unopened jewelry may be returned within 60 days of receipt.

Please note that there is a 30% restocking fee for the return or cancellation of custom pieces.

RS Jewelry reserves the right and considerations to change this privacy policy at any time. Upon updating or changing our policies, the date of said changes will appear at the bottom of the page.
